What we do

Your IT department, without the headcount

Most of our clients have between 5 and 60 staff and no one in-house whose actual job is IT. That's the gap we fill.

Day-to-day helpdesk

Frozen laptops, printers that won't print, files nobody can find. Log it and an engineer picks it up — usually within the hour, usually fixed remotely.

Microsoft 365 and email

Setup, migration, licence tidying, and the mailbox problems that surface at the worst possible moment. We manage your tenant so you don't have to think about it.

Cyber security

Endpoint protection, MFA rollout, phishing training for staff, and help getting through Cyber Essentials certification when a client or insurer asks for it.

Backup and recovery

Backups that are tested, not just scheduled. We run restore drills so you find out they work before you need them, rather than after.

Networks and Wi-Fi

Broadband, firewalls, switches, and the office Wi-Fi that drops in the back meeting room. Designed properly, then monitored so we spot faults before you report them.

Kit and onboarding

New starter next Monday? We source the laptop, build it, set up the accounts, and ship it ready to use on day one.

Our promise

Published response times, and we hold ourselves to them

Most IT companies won't put numbers on a public page. These are ours, and they're in every contract we sign.

15 min

Critical faults

Nobody can work, or your data is at risk. We start immediately and stay on it until you're running again.

1 hour

Everything else

Every ticket logged in working hours gets a real reply from a named engineer within the hour. No auto-responder.

Same day

On site if needed*

When it can't be fixed remotely, an engineer comes out. Within the Glasgow area that's normally the same working day.

* Same-day on-site attendance applies to premises within the Glasgow city area. Elsewhere in central Scotland we attend as soon as we can, usually the next working day, and we will always tell you the expected time when you log the ticket. Remote support is available everywhere we operate.

Pricing

Per user, per month. No tie-ins.

Priced per person rather than per device, so it doesn't jump the moment someone gets a second laptop. 30 days' notice, both ways.

Common questions

What Glasgow businesses ask us before signing up

How much does IT support cost for a small business in Glasgow?

We price per user per month rather than per device, so the bill doesn't jump the moment someone picks up a second laptop. A ten-person office typically sits in the Managed tier. Every quote is fixed for the term, with no per-ticket charges and no hourly billing for routine helpdesk work.

How quickly do you respond to a support ticket?

Critical faults, where nobody can work or your data is at risk, are picked up within 15 minutes. Everything else logged during working hours gets a reply from a named engineer within one working hour. You get a reference number the moment you submit, so you can see progress rather than wondering.

Do you come out to our office, or is it all remote?

Both. Around 94% of issues are fixed remotely, which gets you working again far faster than waiting for a van. When something genuinely needs hands on it, an engineer attends. Same-day attendance applies within the Glasgow city area; across the rest of central Scotland it's usually the next working day and we'll tell you the expected time when you log the ticket.

Can you help us get Cyber Essentials certified?

Yes, and it's one of the most common reasons businesses come to us. Insurers and public sector clients increasingly ask for it at short notice. We prepare your systems against the five controls, complete the self-assessment alongside you, and support you through Cyber Essentials Plus where that's what's being asked for.

We already have an IT company. Is switching painful?

Less than people expect. We document your setup, take over admin access, and run in parallel until everything's confirmed working. Most transitions take two to three weeks with no downtime for staff. We'll also tell you honestly if your current provider is doing a decent job and you'd be better off staying.

Are we tied into a long contract?

No. Our agreements run on 30 days' notice from either side. We'd rather keep clients because the service is good than because leaving is difficult.
